         Century Grille is proud of our friendly, efficient, and curteous staff; but that doesn't mean that we aren't always on the look-out for the next bright service industry talent.   If you enjoy working in a fast paced industry with great potential for growth the service industry just might be for you.  Century Grille is an upscale casual sit down restaurant with a broad menu, wine list, and full bar so service is expected to be exceptional.  Why do we keep mentioning service instead of waiters or waitresses? That's because there is a difference between order takers and servers! Never served before?  That's ok, our training program will give any novice the skill set necessary to become an outstanding server.

Chefs and Cooks

                        Like any good restaurant it takes more than great service to WOW a guest; for this we rely heavily on our kitchen staff to prepare our menu to perfection.  With the diversity of our menu, and the daily preparation (from scratch) our cooks are the lifeblood of Century Grille. Kitchen experience is a plus, but not a requirement to join our team.  Mostly, we seek good character people who care about the food they serve, and a great work ethic.  No time for being lazy in this industry.
